The story behind "Butterfly Effect Language Services"

My parents relocated to New Jersey from Puerto Rico in pursuit of career advancement and better educational opportunities for their children. From the age of 7, I vividly remember my mother's determination and tenacity as she attended Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) to learn English. She was always my role model and the person I was inspired to emulate. Daily I admired her as she tirelessly navigated the challenges of being in a new country and learning a new language. No matter the obstacles, she tackled them head-on with unwavering determination. While living in Puerto Rico my mom enjoyed being a Nurse, which helped her display her heart of service and love to all mankind. She was always passionate about helping others and making people smile. Regrettably, upon her arrival in the United States, she found herself unable to pursue her calling as a nurse due to the language barrier. The decision to establish this business was significantly shaped by my mother, who has consistently served as a wellspring of inspiration and unwavering support for me.

With 18 years of experience as an educator and a certified ESL instructor, I have acquired best practices that can significantly impact my students' learning. This company not only honors my mother's legacy but also fuels my desire to empower others to become successful citizens in the United States through the language services provided. The services offered by this company are not just a service, but also a ministry. As a woman of faith, I am anchored and guided by the word of God. Proverbs 3:27 says, "Never walk away from someone who deserves help; your hand is God's hand for that person."

What does "The butterfly effect" mean? It represents the idea that the world is highly interconnected, so a small event can have a major impact on a much larger complex system. This concept also pays tribute to my mother's fondness for butterflies!
